Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING-

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 in the contiguous United States. Orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of receipt of order . If expedited shipping is required please contact us to make sure we can accommodate your request. If your order consists of any "Custom Made" "Special Order" item, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date. 

 

 

RETURNS-

We would like for you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. We accept returns or exchanges of in stock and unused merchandise within 14 days or receipt.  Items must be unlaundered, free of lint or hair and in re-sellable condition in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds will be issued after the items are received and inspected and must include a copy of your invoice.


Shipping charges are non refundable.

All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping. 

 

All returns will require a RMA #.  Please call (480) 265-9595 or email us at sales@biltmoreinteriors.com to receive this number and state the reason for the return or exchange.

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE-

 

    • Sleeping pillows and duvets/comforters
    • Body Care Products
    • Custom or Special Orders
    • Monogrammed items
    • Discounted, Discontinued and Sale items

 

EXCHANGES-

If you prefer to exchange your purchase for another item, you will need to request a RMA # and state the item you would like to exchange it for. The Returns conditions above will apply and customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.

 

If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item, you will be responsible for the shipping on the second item.
